I was invited, with the support of the Royal Scottish Academy to go and spend a week’s residency in Sweeney’s Bothy on the Isle of Eigg. It took place from 24th-31st May, 2014.
Journeying to Eigg was an incredible experience, I got the feel of independence of self-sufficiency and the mode of living with the land. During the week I visited many incredible sites across the island, including the Well of the Holy Women, Cathedral Cave and the Singing Sands.
